Story

Raj very sadly lost his battle against lung cancer on 23 August 2014. He was tremendously brave and fought hard until the end. Loved by so many, he touched the hearts and minds of everyone around him. A kind, caring, gentle person, and exceptionally gifted auto electrician, who will be deeply missed.

The Banghar family would like to express our gratitude to the specialist lung cancer team at UCH Macmillan London who supported Raj throughout his treatment.  An extremely compassionate team of professionals who instilled confidence and gave Raj enormous strength in the last 6 months of his life.

On behalf of Raj, we invite all our friends and family to contribute to the fantastic work and research being done by the cancer specialist teams at UCH London. In particular, for their work in supporting young, fit healthy individuals who are being diagnosed with cancer every day.
