Circles Network has helped to establish three time banks in Reading and is now looking to raise funds so that these time banks can continue to support their local communities.

Katesgrove Time Trade, Southcote Skill Swap, and Whitley Wood Time Exchange are helping people to share skills and make friends, and provide a way for people to share their expertise.

For every hour of time one person gives, they receive one time credit. This can be cashed in when they need skilled help themselves.

Members earn credits for things like gardening, car washing, cooking a meal, shopping and other neighbourly tasks - even just having coffee with someone.
