We offer free end of life care and support to patients with a life limiting illness.
About the charity
Heart of Kent Hospice provides specialist end of life care for patients and support for their families. Our care is local and free and is offered to those who need it. Our services cost nearly £5m a year to run with the majority being raised by our local community.
