As the "Challenge 50" project, we are totally committed (and constantly challenging ourselves!!) to raising £50,000 so that we can purchase and dedicate a Magen David Adom (MDA) ambulance in Israel, in loving memory of our mothers, and we hope that together with your generosity and support that you can help us achieve this target.

Our fundraising activities will consist of a wide range of sporting and social events in which we invite you, to attend and participate, and also support us by giving a donation.  Our fundraising activities to date has included:

• Holocaust Survivor Talk with Gena Turgel MBE
• Gala Concert with Rabbi Lionel Rosenfeld and Chazan Jonny Turgel together with The Shabbaton Choir
• Simon donning his running gear for the 'Run to the Beat' 10km run
• Friends donating to our cause by running the Community Fun Run
• Friends and family donating for special occasions; in memory of a loved one, in celebration of a birthday, and in celebration of a wedding anniversary
• The amazing 'Winter Bash' at Richard & Claire's

We thank you all enormously for your continued generosity and support to date.

MDA is Israel's only medical emergency response and ambulance service and although MDA receives minimal government funding, MDA carries out its lifesaving work in Israel; providing its services to all, regardless of race, creed or ethnic affiliation. MDA's workforce is made up of 90% volunteers working side by side for a common purpose – to save lives.

We have a massive fundraising target and with your help, we hope to not only meet our target, but smash it!!  We hope we can count on you to support us with your hard-earned £££'s!
