I have got to know World Land Trust over the last couple of years through one of their projects that Capital Group is supporting, and I am very supportive of the work they do protecting natural environments. Being lucky enough to have visited some amazing wild places around the world, I strongly believe that these should be preserved for the benefit of future generations. World Land Trust do this in the most effective way by partnering with local communities. In the words of patron Sir David Attenborough "The money that is given to the World Land Trust, in my estimation, has more effect on the wild world than almost anything I can think of."

I am prepared to suffer for the cause by running the London to Brighton UltraMarathon on May 28th.

The course is 100km (about 62 miles) which is waaaay further than either of us has run before, so we have no idea how long it will take. But our aim is to finish it in under 15 hours. Any contributions that you can make will help keep the motivation up on the long training runs!
