Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been a Trustee of CancerCare for 25 years, and Chairman of the Board for the last 7 years. It is a wonderful charity which does fantastic work in its local communities, and is well respected throughout the Country as being a leader in its field. I will be retiring from the Board in October, and as a farewell have decided to raise some money for such a good cause. So on the 11th September I will be abseiling down the Ashton Memorial - which is a  veeerrry tall building in Williamson's Park, Lancaster.

I would very much appreciate your support. You are welcome to join me in the descent, come and watch - and have some tea! - or make a generous donation to help me on my way. Or all three!

My last abseil was in 1967 - so keep your fingers crossed!

My thanks in advance,

Robert
