Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I'm supporting WeSeeHope in working to assist orphans and other vulnerable children living in extreme poverty in Malawi. WeSeeHope is one of Qlik's (my employer) partner charities, this is key because Qlik will TRIPLE any contributions you make through me.

What will I be doing? In early October 2016 I'll be cycling 400 km around Malawi and visiting two of WeSeeHope's projects to see first hand the work they are doing to support and empower vulnerable children and young people.

Why Malawi? 74% of Malawi's population live below the poverty line, that's less than $1.25 a day! 26% of children aged 5-14 are involved in child labour and Aids has taken a terrible tole, leaving a great many orphaned and disadvantaged children. These children endure extreme poverty and hardship without adequate education, food or care.
