Pat sadly passed away on 25th March 2015 leaving Bernard and all her family and friends with some very happy, and indeed funny, memories!

Pat sense of humour was an outstanding feature of her lovely character and will be sadly missed. But Pat always wanted her passing to be a celebration and not a morbid event.

As part of her wishes, she asked that any donations be made to her favourite charity, Oxford Transplant Foundation, where she had her Kidney Transplant carried out many years ago.
