100 days dessert free challenge, 1 May 2017

Story

I've supported Nightingales Children's Project since 2007, living and working in Romania throughout 2010 with the young people supported by the charity.

A ski related knee mishap is resulting in a less active but more challenging fundraiser this year.

As most of you know my food pyramid has an extra layer under the carbs, consisting of additional cake, pudding, sweets, chocolate and biscuits.

I will be giving these up for 100 days starting May 1st 2014.

Please support me & the young people at Nightingales by donating & maybe giving up some pudding yourself to keep me going.

If you're out for coffee or pub lunch in the next 100 days and would usually opt for a teacake or fudge sundae, why not give up the odd one or two and donate the money instead and send me a picture of the pudding you left at the counter :)
