About RSPCA Southport, Ormskirk and District Branch
We are a Branch of the RSPCA but we are an autonomous Registered Charity.
We accept needy animals for which we have room and care for them temporarily while we find new homes for them - which we do at the rate of about 100 a month. The majority are, of course, cats and dogs but we can also accommodate a small number of rabbits, birds and other small animals. All of our animals have been rescued.
