Story
On 16 June I will be running for 8 hours and hopefully 39 miles to raise money for LYP in the Fudgeathon ultra marathon event in Kent, with a much much fitter bloke than me....... my mate Simon.
LYP is a local charity passionate about helping young people. We offer innovative youth services in Leatherhead and across Mole Valley which aim to respond to local needs and help young people to be safe, happy and making positive changes in their lives.
We have a diverse range of projects and activities on offer in order to provide long-term support for ages 7-19, including BFree Youth Café, Counselling & Mentoring, Schools Work, Sports Projects, International trips and offering qualifications such as Duke of Edinburgh.
This will be a horrendously painful experience so please help me raise some money to support the brilliant work of LYP to make it worth it. On the day I will be posting regular updates, check the LYP Facebook page for details.
Check out the LYP website to see all the exciting things we do to support young people.
