Fundraising for Isabella Rose Foundation

On September 11th Ryan McCabe and Ryan Platt will attempt to get first team manager Geoff Parr around the grueling Tough Mudder course.

Its 12 miles of mud and obstacles so is definitely not for the faint hearted!! This will be a real test of fitness and strength!!

This year we have an initiative with our football club to support a local Charity and we will be running for the Isabella Rose Foundation!

It was actually this event, that has been organised for sometime, that the idea of the initiative came about. The idea is to get our players thinking about other things than just football and to get them to try and help other people.

As the Isabella Rose Foundation have a FREE TO JOIN AND PARTICIPATE running club they will be helping to train the lads over the next couple of months.

Isabella Rose Foundation was set up in memory of our Angel Isabella Rose Parr who was still born at 31 weeks. We raise funds to help families who suffer a maternal death or premature baby. This is done by buying equipment for maternity units and providing counselling service for bereaved parents.
