UPDATE: It's not too late to sponsor me! I will be trekking the Lares Trail to Machu Picchu on November 4 with twenty other BP engineers. This November, I’ll be taking on the challenge of trekking along the Lares Trail to Machu Picchu. I’ll be joining around 30 other BP colleagues from across the globe on this trek, and we’re all excited to be taking part in the trek, which will be raising crucial funds for RedR.

RedR is a fantastic organisation, which makes a real difference to the lives of those most vulnerable to disasters. By giving people the right skills to prepare for and respond to major disasters like earthquakes, floods, conflict, and drought, RedR ensures that lives and livelihoods are protected in developing countries.

I’m aiming to raise $2,900 (US) for RedR’s work, and by donating, you’ll be helping to ensure that people have the skills needed to respond to any disaster, including how to get clean water services running again. These essential skills help to ensure that communities are able to protect themselves from the impact of disaster.
