Human trafficking is the recruitment and movement of people by means such as violent force, fraud, coercion or deception with the aim of exploiting them.

Human beings are not commodities, yet there exists nearly 30 million people trapped in modern day slavery in the world today according to the Global Slavery Index.

Unseen are giving safety, hope and choice to survivors of human trafficking in the UK.

Inspired by my friend who wore no shoes for the whole of November, I've decided to chain my ankles together with leg cuffs for the whole of February.
