Me and Beth are doing the Junior and Great North Run for Heel and Toe.

Heel and Toe are a remarkable charity which is run by really amazing people. Without the staff and Volunteers Heel and Toe would not be able to offer such a much needed service.

Heel and Toe provided therapy to children with Cerabral Palsy and other Physical disabilities.

A great cause, so every penny is really welcome.
