Story

My dear husband Eddie passed away on Wednesday 11th of May 2016 after a short battle with melanoma, at the age of just 63. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother and friend who always brought a smile to everyone's faces. He will forever be remembered for his love of campervans and cats!

Thanks to Melanoma UK, Eddie remained hopeful and strong right until the end. Please donate to this just giving page in memory of Eddie so Melanoma UK can continue with the fantastic work they do in providing support to all affected by this illness and their on-going research.

Eddies character and loving nature will never be forgotten. We miss him terribly.

About the charity

Melanoma UK was set up in 2007 in memory of Jon Herron. We support patients and families affected by melanoma (skin cancer) and funds raised help to provide that support. We are funding much needed melanoma nurses along with help in vital research. Melanoma is a cruel disease, still without a cure.
