I work for Hope Pastures and we are hoping to help a group of ponies whose owner can no longer care for them.

 We took 2 of the ponies in last week and they need in the region of £600 of Vet and Farrier care before they are ready for rehoming.

 They are beautiful 3 year old stallions called Scooby and Snoopy and we feel privileged to have been able to offer at least two of the large group of ponies our help.

 On arrival, Scooby and Snoopy's eyes popped out of their heads when they saw their deep straw beds and luxury stables! Their owner has not been physically able to muck their stables out due to being in unbearable pain and the boys had been waiting a long while for their second chance in life.

We really hope to be able to offer another pair of ponies our help but we have a 21 day Quarantine procedure, very limited space and the remaining ponies need our help NOW, before the decision is made to euthanize them.

 This appeal is hopefully going to raise enough for Scooby and Snoopy's vet care and I am fundraising additionally for transport and fuel costs to help get at least some of the other group to safety.
