The Southend Fund is managed by Essex Community Foundation, an independant charitable trust, which manages funds and distributes grants on behalf of local donors throughout Essex.

The Southend Fund is operated to guidelines determined by a panel of advisors made up from local people in Southend. All of the grants awarded by the fund go to help charities and voluntary groups in the Southend area.
