Story
The whole school, girls from 4 to 18 plus the staff, have taken the Purple Pledge for Senegal. We are supporting Plan UK because we believe in the right of girls to have an education like we do.
We have been fundraising by doing everything from skiing, running and cycling to baking, writing poetry and selling bracelets. The Sixth Form laid head to toe around the playing field, one girl swam 80 miles and someone else did 1000 forward rolls. We have walked on our hands, walked our dogs, walked in onesies, walked in fancy dress and the whole thing culminated in us walking together around Hampstead Heath. And we all wore purple because it reminds us why what we are doing matters. We are grateful to everyone for sponsoring us and supporting this worthy cause. Thank you.
