Story

At 32 weeks pregnant I went into hospital with a suspected urine infection. Outcome: I was in labour! An hour later my baby was rushed off to SCBU where he spent the next 3 and a half weeks being looked after by the amazing staff.  There lots of ups and downs however I am thankful for their expertise and patience, day and night whilst my tiny baby developed and grew until he was big and strong enough to come home. Every ounce counts!

So here I am having entered a starter sprint triathlon in the grounds of Castle Howard to raise money for this great team. If someone else was to find themselves in my position I hope they will have the same support as my little family did.
