It will nearly be exactly a year since Jen died (8th September). On the 10th Robyn is taking part in the junior GNR, Ethan is taking part in the mini GNR and one the 11th I am taking part in the GNR all in memory of Jen and to raise a bit of money.  I have been training through the year and many of my runs have been to the Angel of the North, the symbolism of which is not lost on me. If you can donate a bit of money I would appreciate it.  By the way the picture is actually me on my last run to the Angel, I have not just photoshopped it onto my shoulder!
