We fund vital research and education to fight for a future free of bowel disease

Story

Thank you once again for visiting my page. It's a new year now and exactly one year since I launched my campaign to fundraise for St. Mark's to continue their work into tissue engineering - growing new guts and planting the seed of hope for a future free from the fear of bowel disease.

My year has been more eventful than I could have imagined, and unfortunately feeding me into my bloodstream is no longer a safe way around my intestinal failure. We have also run into problems with my kidneys, but I'd like to think that I can't be stopped in my tracks by any of this. I have spent even more time in hospital, receiving world-class care from the doctors and nurses treating me, which has only made me more determined to raise money.

This year, I am skydiving in the summer time and will attempt to take on a 5km run too. St. Mark's has so much more to bring to our futures, but can't, without help from people like you and I. Please give what you feel like you can, to support this life-changing and live-saving research because one day, you could need it too.

Thanks. x
