As many of you know, on New Year's Eve 2014 Alison's mum Pam sadly passed away after losing her battle with dementia. 

Throughout her illness, sourcing and accessing advice and support was an uphill struggle for the family.

Know Dementia is a local charity providing  people with much-needed advice and support following a diagnosis of a dementia.
