We are taking part in Stoptober - an NHS run campaign to quit smoking. Instead of doing it in silence we have embraced it as an opportunity to raise money for Frenchay Hospital in honour of our late colleague and friend Katie Clutterbuck. 

Every penny raised will go directly to the hospital, the chosen charity of the Clutterbuck Family. We would also like to use this opportunity to share strength and love with Karina & the rest of the Clutterbucks.
