At Winner The Preston Road Women's Centre we believe in empowering women and hearing their voices. 

So to raise money for our big purple build (read more at https://www.justgiving.com/thegreatpurplebuild) and to raise awareness of the services we offer to support women to be able to speak out particularly about violence and abuse I am undertaking this personal challenge and hoping people will support me with sponsorship or by pledging to join me in my silence on the 23rd August even if only for an hour and then raising your own sponsorship.
