I have decided to participate in Stoptober (whereby I will stop smoking for the whole of October - with the intention of giving up for good). All proceeds that I raise will go to the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation - both my Aunt and Uncle have been diagnosed with MS and therefore I would like to support a charity which dedicates itself to supporting people with this terrible illness.
