- The young people at Streetlife. 

Amurco partnered with Streetlife this November after hearing about their huge loss in funding of £100,000 going into the next financial year. Amurco decided to put on weekly songwriting workshops for the young people at Streetlife.

The sessions have been so successful that a song has been created from young people and they have also contributed in creating the music video and the album artwork. 

Throughout the project we asked participants for their thoughts on Streetlife. Here is what they all had to say:

“Streetlife supports any young person no matter what background. They provide advice on everything and have the right connections to solve any problem or scenario. The staff can relate to us and we respect them. If Streetlife was to close we would miss having the opportunities they give to better our lives and careers, we would miss the banter and being able to have a laugh. We would feel lost and start to lose hope if Streetlife was not here”.
