Well here we go..... Its out there now, yes we have decided to run further than our little legs have ever managed before. We must be mad!!

Elle and I initially set out to start running to keep ourselves healthy after a couple of pretty awful years fighting this nasty disease. What we have found is a true friendship built on a joint need to feel like we have some control back in our lives and to know that we can and will do everything possible to see our kids grow up.

We decided to run for CancerActive as they have been an absolutely amazing resource of information that has empowered us to feel we can have an impact on our own future through our lifestyle choices.  They are not funded by any private corporations and operate solely as an impartial charity which give you all the information you need and want without any sugar coating.
