Following a courageous fight against cystic fibrosis Emma very sadly passed away on 1 August.   This charity walk to Snowdon had already been arranged and Emma was very proud that we had nominated this charity to benefit; she received excellent care from all the team on Ward 26 whilst she was a guest of ‘Hotel Heartlands’ (as she called it!!) the Heartlands Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre.
