Ewan and I had a great 2010 Season - we raced , 5km,10km races, we raced in Sprint, OD's and Middle Distance Triathlons and had an absolute blast in doing so. Ewan is a quadraplegic with Cerebral Palsy and loves "going fast on the bike" and gets excited when we ask him if he "wants to do another race". We are very lucky to have him. The 2011 Season is fast approaching and we plan to make this a bigger and better year. More 10km's, half marathons and marathons, More triathlons - Hopefully Windsor and the Cowman and Vitruvian Middle Distance tri's and a couple of duathlons. We are also in the early stages of planning an Iron Distance Triathlon!!

Ewan has direct benefit from the work MERU do and we wouild dearly love to raise more money to help support the work they do for many children with multiple and various disabilities.
