On May 25th 2014, a wonderful team of individuals put together by CP+R will summit Mount Snowdon in support of The Urology Foundation.

This is the fifth annual CP+R trip to Snowdonia and this year the event is proudly raising money for patients with urological disease. Over the last year, CP+R have been lucky enough to work with some leaders in oncological care and their patients in order to successfully develop their cancer care programme.

A number of our team are directly or indirectly affected by urological cancer. Whether you know one of the members of Team Snowdon 2014 or not, any donation to this wonderful cause would be hugely appreciated.
