Changing Lives is a charity close to my heart. They do exactly what it says on the tin; change lives.

They work with people suffering with various mental health issues, homelessness, addictions plus vulnerable women and young girls

Changing Lives have the opportunity to work with The Jubilee Trust to send some current clients on a once in a lifetime 4-day voyage on the tall ship The Lord Nelson.

The funding will go, in part to fund this and also to ensure they have all the necessary equipment needed.
