We provide services for homeless people to help them move back into accommodation

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page and supporting our cause.

12 of us have taken on the challenge of JLL's Property Triathlon on 1 July. If you would like to make a donation please ensure that you note the name of the individual you are supporting in your message so that we can match fundraising from our company.

We are raising money for West London Day Centre, a service based in Westminster that is open to anyone over the age of 25 affected by homelessness.

Around 100 street homeless people visit the centre every day. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds but they all arrive in a state of crisis and needing help. The West London Day Centre assess them all individually and work out the best way to assist - their aim being to get them off the streets and back into accommodation as quickly as possible. West London Day Centre usually help between 20 and 30 people into accommodation every month.

The Event:

  • Relay Triathlon (3 teams): Swim (750m), Bike (21km), Run (5km)
  • Individual Triathlon (2 competitors): Swim (750m), Bike (21km), Run (2.5km)
  • Individual Duathlon (1 competitor): Run (5km), Bike (21.2km), Run (2.5km)

Thank you!
