Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page Thumb which is on behalf of Penrose Intensive care ward Plymouth who are caring for Sam.

We are Raising money towards tablet pcs with special software the allows poorly patients to comunicate with nursing staff at the unit which has been looking after my nephew Sam Bishop, He has been receiving care for a Carbon Monoxide poisoning which left him in a 13 day coma on life support machines.

The reason for the tattooed smiley face on thumb is because Sam had the most awful tattoo on his knee of a smiley face ,this was done as a drunken dare by his friend Jake. Sam would always wear the most ill fitting shorts showing off his scrawny legs but was so proud of his dodgy tattoo that we always took the mickey out of him.

We would like you all too share your picture on thumbs page with a drawn on face (by pen) in the your favorite place or daily adventure in turn we love you to donate a couple of ££££'s towards the Penrose intensive care unit that has been looking after him, the staff are so dedicated and non judgmental in how they conduct there very special job.
