Our fundraising target is either £10 000, or getting 10 individual children
sponsored through Compassion, or a combination of the two.

Children sponsored through Compassion are supported by their
local Compassion Project receiving education, food, water, clothing and
connection into a local Church. As their sponsor, you (or your children!) get
to write to them about 4 times a year, and receive letters from them regularly
as well. It costs £25/month and you can sponsor them till they are old enough to
leave the project (between 18 and 22 years), but you are under no obligation to
sponsor them for any length of time. It is an amazing experience to sponsor a
Compassion child, and an excellent opportunity for your children to grow in
their understanding of how people’s lives differ around the world.

All donations from the Uganda trip will enable 5 much needed classrooms to be built at Burema Child Development Centre, south-west Uganda.
