Hi all,

Isaac & I have decided that Mo Farah needs a run for his money. We have decided that on the 9th October we are going to write ourselves in to the record books & will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon on behalf of Team Venquis. 

We will be running for our partner charity, Shivia, who do an exceptional amount of work to create better livelihoods, boost income and inspire permanent change in some of the poorest areas of India (please see link below for more detail).

Any donation you can give, whether little or large, will go towards Shivia's great work. HOWEVER, If your donation is less than £15 you have to run the first 6 miles with us.
