Over the coming months the Vodafone North East & Yorkshire team will be proudly raising money for the Hollybank Trust to support them in their goal of providing quality of life, for life, for children and adults with multiple, profound disabilities and associated learning difficulties.

The trust support and educate over a hundred children and adults at their special school, residential home and adult daytime activity programme. They provide a blend of education, therapy, healthcare and social care to meet the individual needs of children and adults. They provide meaningful activities that promote independence, learning and fun.

As a team we will be working to raising money for Hollybank to be put towards a new, specially adapted, play area to allow their youngest children to play outdoors. We recently spent a day working at the trust where we saw their great facilities and met some of the residents. We are committed to working with the trust until the new play area is complete - both by raising funds and providing labour on the site. Our donations will be increased through Vodafone's matched giving scheme.
