We’re passionate about supporting charities, so we don’t charge any fees on individual charity donations. Instead, we give donors the option to make a voluntary contribution to support our platform’s upkeep.

A simple, risk-free way to raise money online. You just pay our standard 1.9% +20p payment processing fees and 5% on Gift Aid.

Membership plans
We offer two different types of subscription plans for charities joining JustGiving. Charities new to JustGiving can choose our Start plan with no monthly subscription fee.
Charities who would like a few more tools can choose our Grow Plan. The Grow Plan is £15/month (+vat) if you raise up to £15,000 per year (including gift aid), or £39/month (+vat) if you raise more than £15,000 (including gift aid) each year. For both plans, there are no joining fees and no annual commitment. Both plans include standard payment processing fees and + 5% Gift Aid reclaim service fee (optional).

Gift Aid
We charge a 5% fee for our Gift Aid service and this is taken from the amount of Gift Aid claimed on a donation. Charities are able to opt-out of this service by contacting us here .
Payment processing fee
Across JustGiving (with the exception of fee-free donations with Giving Checkout, our payment processing fee is 1.9% + £0.20, which covers card provider charges set by external card providers and is in line with industry standards. If the donation is made in another currency, then the processing fee is 2.90% + £0.20.
