Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) is the leading national user-led charity of the UK's 40,000 spinal cord injured people. SIA provides life-long services like Freephone Advice Line, Peer Support, and Training and Education. SIA supports spinal cord injured people, from Injury to Independence.
